So it has been a while since Joomla 1.6 was released and many web designers, web developers or end users, including myself have felt a little reluctant to convert our sites to the latest Joomla 1.6 platform.  This is totally understandable, as it is a brand new Content Management System platform and we’re all just waiting to see whether or not it is in fact better and more secure than the the all too trusted version 1.5.

I have always been confident that Joomla is (by far) the best Content Management System available today.  As I have tested nearly everything available today and have built hundreds (if not thousands) of very complex sites using this award winning CMS.

For those of you (like myself) who have not quite caught up to Joomla 1.6 yet, I am nervous to say – Joomla 1.7 Beta was released on 28 June 2011!  Scary!
